Competition Terms and Conditions

• 1. By submitting your photo(s) and by entering the competition you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
• 2. To be eligible for the £50 prize you must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• 3. All entries must be submitted for consideration before 17:00 on the last working day of the month.
• 4. Any entries we receive on the 1st working day of the month will be judged in next month's competition.
• 5. A new winner will be announce on the 1st working day of every month.
• 6. The entrant must be the original author of the photo and permission must be sought from the subject(s) for their likeness to be used, with their knowledge and acceptance that the photo may be used for marketing purposes by myCondom.co.uk.
• 7. It is the entrant's responsibility to obtain permission from people or owners of identifiable property that must be produced in writing if requested.
• 8. The entrant fully indemnifies myCondom.co.uk against any claims arising from display of the submitted photography and from the infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party.
• 9. The submission of a photograph to the competition grants myCondom.co.uk an irrevocable non-exclusive royalty free licence throughout the world, for the full duration of any rights therein, to use such photograph in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
• 10. These rules may change at any time without notice, although copyright and licensing rights will not be affected.
• 11. myCondom.co.uk may terminate the competition at any time at its absolute discretion.
• 12. During the period of the competition the monthly winner will be chosen by myCondom.co.uk from all qualifying entries submitted during the previous month.
• 13. The monthly winner will be notified by email. myCondom.co.uk will not notify those who have submitted unsuccessful entries.
• 14. The decision of myCondom.co.uk is final, and no correspondence regarding decisions of myCondom.co.uk will be entered into.
